APAAR ID CONSENT FORM SUBMISSION

Subject: *Mandatory Submission of APAAR ID Consent Form* Dear Parents/Guardians, We would like to emphasize the importance of the *APAAR ID for all students from KG* onwards. The APAAR ID is essential for maintaining accurate student records, ensuring seamless access the various educational initiative by Govt. of India. Dear Parents/Guardians,

Ministry of Education following NEP -2020 guidelines has decided to create a permanent student ID for all students to consolidate all academic records digitally. The details are given below. Your consent is required with the Adhaar details for creation of this ID for your ward. Kindly fill in the details and submit the form to the respective Class Teachers on or before Monday(16-Dec-2024).

ANNUAL SPORTS EVENTS

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Sports Events will be conducted on the following dates. Students are required to *report to school in P.E. Uniform* to participate in their respective sports competitions.

We encourage all students to actively participate in these events, and we look forward to a day of sportsmanship and fun.

Re-opening Day and School Timing

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Kindly note the following regarding Re-opening Dates and School Timing:

1. School  shall re-open for Gr. VI to X on Tuesday(04-June-2024) instead of Monday(03-June-2024) due to the Election for Graduates & Teachers Constituency.

2. School shall reo-open for Pre-Primary Section to Gr. V on Wednesday(05-June) as announced earlier.

3. School Timing :

    Pre-Primary Section : 10:30am to 2:00pm

    Gr.  I to Gr. X : 8:30am to 3:45pm

4. All parents must pay the fees and purchase the books before the school re-opens

5. Uniforms are available at Volga Dresses,Supermarket, Kalaburagi

6. Books for Gr. VII shall be made available from Sunday(02-June) onwards.  

7. Books for Gr. VI are still awaited due to the change in NCERT books.

Book Distribution

Dear Parents/Guardians,
School shall remain open tomorrow (Sunday, 26-May) for purchase of Books and Shoes for KG to Gr. V.

Timing: 9.30am to 12.30pm

Kindly clear the Tuition & Transport fee before purchasing the books.
